Owner, Certified Floral Designer, Flower Lover
ALEXA HOWE, CFD
Alexa Howe is a self made entrepreneur and floral designer. She’s driven to learn the latest trends and techniques in the industry, sources the freshest, most unique flower varieties available, and loves playing with unexpected, eye-catching color palettes.
Alexa offers her artful designs most occasions. From weddings to funerals to corporate parties, she curates the natural beauty of flowers together in a way that both celebrates and comforts.
Her work can be seen in local Utah bridal magazines such as Utah Valley Bride and on nationwide publications like Green Wedding Shoes, The Knot, and Florist's Review Magazine.
We are always intentional while designing. Connecting stem with hand to create floral masterpieces for our beloved clients.
We honor the blooms while staying connected to our client’s vision. It’s a collaborative effort where the creative voices of the botanicals, the client, and the designer come together as one.
If you are looking for a superior experience with flowers, you’ve come to the right place.
Oftentimes, the life span of the flowers you’ve purchased for your wedding or event exceeds the final dance or last call of the night. As we encourage our clients and their guests to take flowers home with them after their event is over, it’s not always a possibility. Especially if guests have traveled in from out of town or are headed to an after party.
That’s why we’ve implemented the Lilly and Iris flower donation program. Whatever flowers aren’t taken home at the end of an event are gathered up and donated to local hospitals and retirement facilities. It’s a way for the flowers to continue getting enjoyed and a way to give back to our community, together.

After we connect via a complimentary consultation to discuss your wedding, event, or funeral flowers, I will draft up a custom quote with a contract and deposit. Once signed and paid, you are officially a Lilly and Iris client.
-
As soon as possible. We typically book our clients 6 to 18 months before their wedding date but also book with less notice.
-
Yes! Besides Utah, we’ve executed flowers in Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, and Oregon and are open to traveling wherever your floral needs are.
-
We have relationships with local hospitals and retirement care facilities. If you would like your event flowers donated to a specific place, we’d love to hear your idea.
-
We got rid of this service to free our designs from a contained box and to invite more creativity into our world.
-
We will create a flower arrangement for you with a $300 minimum for the order. Otherwise, you may enjoy our arrangements twice a year at Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
-
It stands for Certified Floral Designer. Alexa flew to Texas to test for her certification in 2020 and has plans to go for her AIFD certification some day. These are both levels of credentials floral designers can achieve through the American Institute of Floral Design.
-
For our wedding and event clients, we offer candle rentals, arch structure rentals, & vase rentals. We also offer venue walk throughs, mockups, and whatever other services you request along our journey together.
